Crown Berry Diamonds — WordPress Build

Crown Berry Diamonds is a florist, catering, events, and landscaping business owned by Doris Hart in Portsmouth, Virginia. The site was built from scratch using the TML custom plugin stack — zero third-party plugins, zero licensing fees, zero data sent to external services.

Six custom WordPress plugins shipped: Discovery + Compliance (SEO, schema, cookie consent, privacy policy generator, AI crawler allowlist, security headers), Quick Edit (sidebar panel for editing every front-end string), Forms (contact and booking with CSV export), Services (CPT with 7 seeded services), Gallery (photo filter with lightbox), and Testimonials (star ratings with carousel).

A Twenty Twenty-Four child theme carries the Crown Berry brand identity — burgundy, gold, and cream with Cinzel/Montserrat/Dancing Script typography. All five page templates are self-contained with injected headers and footers.

The real differentiator was the client handover: a personalized audio tutorial hosted on the MPL client portal, with ElevenLabs-generated narration walking Doris through every task she’d do regularly on her site.
